TRADOS CANCELED MY SAVED PROGRESS

Hi. I have just had saved my translation of a document
then a message appeared saying like "Your version of the document is in conflict with the one in your cloud, would you like to update it" or something like that, can't remember the exact words and the customer care couldn't help either.
I did that but it canceled all the work I did today (like 100 and more segments) despite having saved that like 30 seconds ago! It should not be possible for the most expensive existing CAT tool to have any feature that cancels all your made and mostly SAVED progress. Please help me and please don't answer in thousands, this is so frustrating please try to understand, Thank you.
