IATE Terminology Error when trying to add to termbase

 I am trying to use IATE, but it always appears an error message like this:

 We would always ask for you to post the full 'error stack' as this often contains information that will help us resolve any problems. 
 
 Please remove the IATE plugin from the project- and from Studio. 
 Update Studio to the latest version and then reinstall the applicable version through the SDL AppStore. 
 This should then resolve any issues. 
 Should you still have problems- post the full error stack (as shown above).
