Can we see the original source file, or an appropriate snippet of it, and your filetype settings?  You could zip them up and attach to the thread.

Thanks, I'm sending you a link to Dropbox with our filetype settings (just changed the name of our client for privacy purposes) and the original source file. You'll see that there was only one sentence to be translated (para content translating) as per the client's wishes and that sentence is the one you see in my previous screenshot. Original XML file and sdlftsettings
