I am facing the same problem. I have already done the same mentioned procedures.
the only step that I did not do is to delete the old version of SDL files
Maybe that is becuase there are 2 admin in my PC
Could it be becuase of that thing

If you have two users on your PC, follow the steps for both user.

Please can you create a new thread and don't tack onto the end of another. We have an automated ticket system that pulls the details for the original poster... which wasn't you. It also makes it easier when we have one question and a resolution so that nobody has to keep scrolling trying to find out what happened.
