This afternoon, I tried to launch Trados Studio 2019 for the first time in several months (away for mat leave). Instead, I got the error message in the title of this post, with the additional message "Could not load file or assembly 'Sdl.Terminology.TerminologyProvider.Core, Version=15.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=c28cdb26c445c888' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.' I haven't moved around any program files since I last used Trados, although Windows has updated a couple of times.

I tried some of the solutions in other forum posts (renaming projects.xml, renaming the folders in AppData/Roaming/SDL/SDL Trados Studio/15.0.0.0, repairing the program through the Control Panel), to no avail. Can anyone help? I'm a relatively new user of Trados and I'm feeling pretty overwhelmed.
