After translating the header I understand the following-
If you translate the source PDF file with Trados and then export it to the target PDF file in a batch, you will not be able to open it with Adobe reader.
We perhaps need little more information to understand the problem.
However, its worth noting here, whilst you can process PDF's in Trados Studio - you CANNOT save target/generate target files back to PDF.
When saving target, these will be in docx format
