Hi,
When trying to create a project, Studio hangs with an empty error message box and nothing happens, you have to close it via Cntr+Alt+Del. What could you advise?

As we don't have a lot of info to go on (where the projects are saved for instance- Local or in the cloud) or when the issue started to arise, then there are a few basics I would try first.
1) Disable syncronisation with OneDrive/DropBox etc.
2) Ensure Trados Studio/MultiTerm is added to the firewall/AV/exceptions list
3) Reset/Repair Trados Studio
Then create a new test project to see if the issue persists. If not then syncronise with OneDrive once again.
If the problem reoccurs then at least the culprit has been found.
