Error while exporting photoshop file(.psd) from my SDL Trados Studio 2019

I loaded a photoshop file(.psd) to my SDL Trados Studio 2019, and I finished translating the file.

When I was done I tried exporting the document and got a invalid case error.

Then I tried making another new project to try something and now it's not letting me create a new project.

I used the same Original file. in the Create Project Wizard it says "Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown.

There are two issue here.

If the problem only happens with this particular file, this would suggest that there is indeed an issue with the actual file itself

You could try installing Fail Safe Task and checking the integrity of the file-
