Have you tried removing the termbase from the termbase list then re-adding it?

You could also try re-organising the termbase in MultiTerm.

However, most important to have the correct version of MultiTerm for the version of Studio you are running. The latest version of each is advisable. If you haven't updated MultiTerm when updating Studio, you can do this by opening MultiTerm and going to the Help tab > Check for Updates. The notification bell will change colour and the Notifications pane will indicate any Update that needs to be downloaded and installed.

After all of the above, you could run a Window Repair on Studio and on MultiTerm, which will smooth out any glitches that might be triggered by update/installation (not only of Studio/MultiTerm but also of Windows or other programs): 

1. Close all SDL applications.
2. Open the Control Panel:
   • Windows Vista/7: Start > Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features.
   • Windows 8: Right-click on the screen at bottom-left corner and choose Control Panel > Uninstall a Program.
   • Windows 10: Right-click on Start > Control Panel > Select View by: Small Icons > Programs and Features
   • - or type 'Control Panel' in the search line on your bottom Windows toolbar.
3. Click/highlight the relevant SDL product from the list (e.g. SDL Trados Studio 2021 etc) and click 'Uninstall/Change' either on the top toolbar or on the right-click dropdown menu (or just 'Repair' for MultiTerm), then select > Yes > Repair. Allow it to run. This will take longer for Studio than for the 3 main components of MultiTerm. Do NOT repair 'Remove suite of products' entries. These are only for uninstalling.
4. Restart Studio/MultiTerm.

If none of this solves your problem or you need further clarification, please let us know and someone from RWS can give you a case number to take a look at your settings.

Hi Ali,

I realized I hadn't installed MultiTerm so I did that. Didn't change anything, even after a couple restarts. 

The only option showing up for applications is the "Deinstall" option.

Nothing is working so far.

Any more ideas? Concordance search won't work at ALL.

SAME ISSUE! Won't stop. Keeps me from using a brand new install of the program! Needs to be fixed!
