Ho do I access the QuickInsert list for XLIFF 1.1-1.2 v 2.0.0.0

Question

Hi folks,
1. When I click the QuickInsert icon on the ribbon, a list of QuickInsert items pops up:

However, when I go to Project Settings or Options > File Types > XLIFF > QuickInsert, the list is empty:

How can I access the above-referenced list of QuickInsert items?

2. And my second question (of lower priority) is, when I tried to adjust the same settings for a WoldServer package, I could not find WsXliff in the File Types list even though I can see it is WsXliff exactly in the Files view:

Is it because the WoldServer feature is a standalone plug-in now or because I am looking at a wrong place?

 This is for custom quick inserts you create yourself, not the ones that are built in. You can already access those as you have shown.

 It's because they are not supported in the wsxliff. Probably because the underlying file format could be anything and you have no idea what type of tags will be supported and what won't.
