Hello Paul, again, I do not have the extra activation reset done, I do have it installed on a windows server, together with the extra activation of trados 2021, and it is only Trados 2017 the one that asks me for the license. seen that it has been for the ova.

I just checked the support case and the last comment in there was this:
Dear Jesus,
Thank you for your reply.In that case we need you to tell us which one of them you want us to reset as they are not marked as extra or normal. If you cannot remember when you activated it then the only option is to reset both.Your case will be left open for 24hrs.

Yes I replied, but still the same, please log another case
You've now had two cases for the same thing. It looks like there is a lack of communication going on here. Once you have the case please reply to the email you received and then it will update the case with whatever information you wish to share with the support team. The technical support teams don't handle a support case in the community, it gets elevated to a support case FROM the community in the first place and thereafter it's all via email and if necessary a call.
I have asked the support team to check the cases and prompt you to engage with them again. Please look out for an email from them and reply to it.
