Licensing of my trados studio 2017 extra activation

Hello, could you please reset my extraactivation of trados 2017?

  • You've now had two cases for the same thing.  It looks like there is a lack of communication going on here.  Once you have the case please reply to the email you received and then it will update the case with whatever information you wish to share with the support team.  The technical support teams don't handle a support case in the community, it gets elevated to a support case FROM the community in the first place and thereafter it's all via email and if necessary a call.

    I have asked the support team to check the cases and prompt you to engage with them again.  Please look out for an email from them and reply to it.
