Hi there,

Some months ago, I bought an early bird Studio 2021 license upgrade. Then I was given a new license key and could use it to work simultaneously with Studio 2019 (necessary to continue working with some clients sending wsxp packages) and Studio 2021 on the same computer.

Las week, I received my new computer (Windows 10). Therefore, I deactivated licenses on my older machine, installed both Studio 2019 and 2021 and activated the license on the new machine, Studio 2021 is working fine. However, I cannot use Studio 2019 any more. Here the error messages :

• When trying to use the older 2019 license key: "Login for this product has been restricted. Contact the system administrator for assistance."
• When trying to use the newer 2021 license key: "Clé de produit non valide. Assurez-vous que la clé de produit appartient à la version de produit ou au produit visé." [Invalid product key. Make sure the key matches the targeted product version or product."]

I have tried to force the license reset from my acount, but it didn't help.

Is there any chance I can still use Studio 2019 and 2021 on my new machine?
