Can you also confirm the resolution of your screen?

Thank you for your response. My Studio version is as follows. 

But I cannot see anything newer than this in my software centre. 

My screen resolutions are as follows.

I suggest you log a case with the technical support team and see if they can help.  The latest version of Trados Studio is available as an auto-update so won't be available in your update centre software.  I also suggest you go through Martyna Mroz for this and not the community.

Maybe one thing though... see what happens if you work with only one screen.  Does the problem still occur if you are laptop only for example, or if you use the other screen?

Thank you for checking. I will log a case and contact Martyna Mroz as the problem persists even when I completely disconnect my external monitor.
