You should not need to upgrade a TM to be able to use it, that's the first thing.  Just because it has the orange triangle and could be upgraded doesn't mean you must.

That would be correct.  So if you ran through the process perhaps try removing the TM from your Translation Memories view and then add it back as there is a possibility it may only be a refresh issue.

b) I meant that I downloaded the app but it does not appear in my Add-ins of Trados, that is to say, it is like it was not installed correctly.

The thing is that I am downloading the StudioPowerPack2021_16.1.7.1848 and my version is 16.1.8.4404, could that be the problem? There is no way to install the app in the version I have of Trados. Please advise. Thank you!
