Can you please confirm if you downloaded the plugin via the AppStore page or the AppIntegration within Studio?

I also noticed the screenshot of the ribbon is not complete, does not show all the action button there, can you please check if you have an arrow showing the other options in the tab?

You might know this already, but you can't just double-click on the wsxz file. You have to go to Projects -> Open WorldServer Package to open it.

Hi Oana,
I can confirm that the WorldServer section is not hidden, I can't find it even if I click on the indicated button.
The plugin was downloaded from here:
gateway.sdl.com/CommunityKnowledge

I also noticed that now we're unable to create new projects... If I click on New project, the entire window freezes. We get an error message but it's empty, as in the screenshot.

What would you suggest to do?
