Cannot see WorldServer tab group in Trados 2021

Question

Dear all,

We're running Trados Studio 2021 SR1 - 16.1.8.4404 and we installed the WorldServer Compatibility Pack version 16.7.1757.
The installation was OK, but we're unable to see the WorldServer tab in our Home tab.

I should also mention that we're also running Trados 2019 and Trados 2011 on the same machine - I don't know whether this can affect this.
We can't open the wsxz packages in 2019 either.

Hi IT Italia , 
 Can you please confirm if you downloaded the plugin via the AppStore page or the AppIntegration within Studio? 
 I also noticed the screenshot of the ribbon is not complete, does not show all the action button there, can you please check if you have an arrow showing the other options in the tab?
