Since the last update, the New Local Project screen, window for selecting Source Language, won't fold open, I cannot choose or enter a source language. This is a critical bug/issue as it renders Studio useless.

A screenshot would be helpful so we see what you see? Also have you tried initiating this in the Projects View as well as the Home View?

And to add to that, the file type I need to work on is not recognized in Trados Live so I basically have no way of working on this. Way to go RWS!

Go to View and reset window layout. This often helps in numerous cases.

Ah... tbwint.xml... I know it well ;-)
Presumably this is something you have created a custom XML filetype for? Or if you're just hoping the default xml will handle it can you open the file in Studio? Just use Ctrl+Shift+O to create a single file project for that file and you'll soon know if the problem might actually be your file... or at least you can rule that out.

Ah from the Home view it works fine, from the "Tell me what you want to do" option, it does not. Well at least I can work on it now.
