Please can you confirm that when you upgraded to SR2, you also upgraded the WS Package App?
The version of the app that is supporting SR2 is: 16.9.1783 which can be downloaded from here: https://appstore.sdl.com/language/app/worldserver-compatibility-pack-for-sdl-trados-studio/1102/
If that is not the issue, please could you save the error stack so I can get more details about the error
