I have a problem when I add a new term to the Termbase from the Editor view in Studio: the language pair in the Studio document is from Eng to Armenian, but when I select a pair of source and translated terms and hit "Add new term", the ARM word appears under Eng.
How can I correct this?

I quoted your question here as it's a good question and far better for me to answer it here so others can benefit too. If you go to your Project Settings and then navigate to the termbase you can select the languages and make sure the correct language is being used. The languages are the indexes and if they are the wrong way around for some reason then the behaviour could be as you described:

Nevertheless, when I try to add a new term, say, "Armenia", which is "Հայաստան" in Armenian, I see the following screen, which is not what it should look like, right?
