There are currently 2 issues raised with development that in some way overlap with what you are describing here. 
Out of the 2, this is the one that I would recommend you keep an eye on in future release notes: CRQ 9337

A workaround would be to use the Trados Number Verifier: https://appstore.sdl.com/language/app/trados-number-verifier/440/

Please take note, I completely disabled the Number Verifier in Studio 

I hope this keep you progressing in the right direction and avoids these false positives

Thanks Lydia, I am just testing it. This tool looks very nice, anyway it seems to have some issues as it does not work after confirming segment (Ctrl-Enter). Warnings and errors are shown as lately as after comlete verify task (anyway sometimes the messages jump out also during normal work for already some time ago confirmed segments, which is weird).

Michal Souček that is odd. It should do on the fly verification checks. 
Is "Enable verification of segment" enabled 

Yes it is checked. Actually the other verifications work on the fly as expected. This looks weird.

I have just started new project and the behavior of Number verifier is really weird. After confirmig segment it sometimes works, sometimes not. I have confirmed segment No. 4 and there are three messages from Number verifier, but related to segments 11 and 16, which are not confirmed yet.
