Hi, one of my colleagues is receiving a recurrent error when translating with Trados.

The error message reads: "Erreur s'est produite durant l'utilisation du fournisseur des traductions (filename of Translation Memory) : La mémoire de traduction ou le conteneur de MT semble être manquant ou a été supprimé."

We've tried replacing the translation memory file, which seems to solve the issue for a week or so. Then the error message pops up again. Below are several screenshots she's sent me. 

When starting a new project, she already receives these error messages. Why? Can you please explain what they mean?

Once she's imported a project, it says it's already 21% translated with the translation memory. But then when she starts editing the project, none of the translations are actually there so she has to click on each cell for the translation to appear (see next image).

It's also at this point that she receives these error messages saying that the translation memory doesn't exist or has been deleted.

Why is the translation memory file getting corrupted in the first place and what can we do to prevent this going forward?

    Thanks so much for your reply. I'm not sure I've fully understood everything you've asked but I'll try reply as best I can:

    - The TM is an sdltm file that our translations agency has shared with us via Google Drive. My colleague has since downloaded the file onto her desktop. 

    - Only this colleague uses the TM. No one else in our team uses it. When I have tried to test the same TM file (but downloaded to my computer), I don't get the same error. 

    - I have downloaded the same file to my computer and tried translating a single product. I don't get any error messages. 

    I hope this answers your questions and that we can find a solution quickly.
