Can you please explain more about this TM.

• Is it file based, on a network drive, or a server TM?
  I assume its a GroupShare TM as it mentions container in the error
• Who else can access the TM and are they getting the same error?
• What happens if the TM is used outside of a project?
  Example translate single document?

Thanks so much for your reply. I'm not sure I've fully understood everything you've asked but I'll try reply as best I can:

- The TM is an sdltm file that our translations agency has shared with us via Google Drive. My colleague has since downloaded the file onto her desktop. 

- Only this colleague uses the TM. No one else in our team uses it. When I have tried to test the same TM file (but downloaded to my computer), I don't get the same error. 

- I have downloaded the same file to my computer and tried translating a single product. I don't get any error messages. 

I hope this answers your questions and that we can find a solution quickly.

Thank you for confirming you can work error free with the TM, which means it must be a local issue on her end.
I did ask what happens if she does not use the TM in a project, but rather when doing a "Translate Single Document" and tries to run a Batch Task Pre-translate..
I suspect the issues are not reproduced. I could check her project templates and see how she creates a project, because something about her TM reference in project templates could be wrong. I cant think of why else you are working error free and she not.

Stephanie Liger, if it works for you and not for your colleague then it would be much easier for you to compare/assess her project creation process vs yours, and correct any differences.

With that said, I keep on mentioning the same point which will add additional clarity. Can she work with the TM error free as part of a single document? If yes, then it proves my thought the issues reported are template related.

Hi Lydia, I've just tried using the TM file again on my computer and now I am getting the error message. When I click to understand more it says the TM file is corrupted. Here is the error report (copied below).

I have also tried using the TM to translate a single document (via Fichier > Ouvrir > Traduire un seul document) and again I am unable to use the TM file. What do you suggest?

Stephanie Liger this is hard to predict as your findings suggested some users are ok and that this was specific to one user. That as it may, try export the TM. Save what you can. Then create a new TM and import back in. 

In the meantime, can you take a screen print of this view as I am keen to see some details around its state

You mentioned exporting and saving what I can then creating a new TM. Would you mind explaining further what exactly she needs to do for this to work? Is there another thread on this message board with detailed instructions for what she needs to do? Would you mind directing me to that? Thanks again for all your help.
