Urgent - need help: Error Internet Connection message

Hi please I need your help.

I have downloaded the permanent license of Trados Studio 2021 - Freelance and when I initiate the program, there appears a notification regarding lack of internet connection, this generates a problem because I cannot connect with Language Cloud, as you can see in the attached screenshot in Spanish. Please, is there anyone that can help me? I have already try with all the options other gave in previous conversations, related to the antivirus, I also try with the desinstallation of the program, but nothing works and I really need to connect with Language Cloud for my projects. This is my job tool, so please Trados Support Team help me.

    While I dont suspect you are working on a proxy, it does list a number of URL'S that need to be excluded from your firewall. 

    They are:

    • lc-api.sdl.com
    • languagecloud.sdl.com
    • cxc-languagecloud.sdl.com
    • sdl-prod.eu.auth0.com
    • www.sdl.com
    • sdl.com
    • oos.sdl.com
    • dc.services.visualstudio.com (optional)
    • 1.1.1.1  - Starting with Trados Studio 2021 SR1 CU4
    • cdn.auth0.com
    • www.rws.com


    Either you are admin of your own machine and you can try exclude these, or you need to provide the link to your supporting teams so they can asses.
    If you are admin and you can exclude these, but accessing Language Cloud still proves problematic then let me know.

    What I would also advice is you keep your Studio SR1 version as that is currently up and running.
    Review these URL's and see if you can access your Language Cloud on the web, by access languagecloud.sdl.com with your log on details
    If yes, then upgrade back to SR2 knowing you can access your projects either via Studio or via the web, as I agree you are missing out on features.
