I was working on a file in Trados 2021, when suddenly the program inserted source text into all empty target segments. How can I undo this? I checked my settings under pre-translate and automation and it wasn't set to do that.

Menu Advanced - Clear Draft Segments.
Most probably you accidentally pressed the shortcut for "Copy All Source to Target".

Oh, yes, I probably did; I see it's right next to the Confirm icon. I ended up deleting the file and opening the original again, using the TM I had updated previously with the new translations. But perhaps I could have just used "Clear Target Segment" and let the program repopulate it from the memory.
