Hello,

Just installed Trados 2021 (version TradosStudio 2021SR2_16.2.9.9198) on a brand new machine running Windows 11. When I try to start it, this error appears: 'Impossible de démarrer le service 'sdl.desktop.platform.services.ITelemetryService'.

I see that some other users have had this problem already. However, unsure how it has been resolved. Nervous about interfering with registry or WMI settings as I have no skills in this area and a brand new machine! Have tried uninstalling, 'repairing' the installation, and reinstalling, none of which have changed the situation.

Any help/advice would be welcomed... many thanks
