tmx upgrade to sdltm

I have a tmx file fronm a client that I need to upgrade to sdltm format, but when I use the Upgrade Translation Memories function I get this message. Clicking the Knowledge Base and Community links in the dialogue is not very helpful, I'm afraid. I temporarily solved the problem by creating a new tm and importing the tmx into that tm, but I still need to try to find why the Upgrade Translation Memories function does not work. I'm on the latest version of 2021.

    Yes, I have. I use this function regularly since one of my clients always sends me a tm in tmx format, and it has always worked as it should in the past.

    Maybe the reason is that I upgraded to SR2 2021. I only recently did, and this was the first time I wanted to use this function in SR2.

    I have Compatibility and Migration Power Pack version 16.1.7.1848 installed and tried to repair that installation in the Control Panel, but that didn't work.

    My Trados version is 2021 SR2 16.2.9.9198, and I also tried to repair that installation, but that didn't work either, so the problem still remains.
