I think even a little hint to help you get a more helpful response would be helpful.

1. Datenbank ist aktiv (linke Seite-Ansicht von Termini)

2. Alle Sprachen aus Projekteinstellungen sind konform zu denen aus TB

3. Ja

4. Keine Ansicht von Matching aus TB

5. Neue Begriffe werden mit Shortkeys nicht übernommen (letzte Woche lief alles wie geölt)

Auch mir sind alle diese Punkte bereits bekannt, daher auch eine minimisierte/komprimierte Anfrage.

Uns sind die Punkte NICHT bekannt. Sie können nicht immer davon ausgehen, dass die außenstehende Welt alles kennt, was in Ihrem Kopf vorgeht. Wenn Sie Hilfe möchten, dann versuchen Sie sich doch in die Lage der Menschen zu versetzen, von denen Sie Hilfe erwarten.

Ihre Kunden schreiben Ihnen doch nicht "Bitte übersetzen, wir wissen auch, wo sich der Text befindet" ohne weitere Angaben und natürlich auch ohne den Text, oder?

Perhaps you can share a screenshot of your settings?  I'm sure you are aware of all of these things, but it won't be the first time someone was adamant they were doing things right... but they were not.

I'm not excluding the software being a problem here.  But if we can't be properly made aware of the evidence the answer will possibly be we just don't know!
