Hi, I have upgraded to Trados 2021 and can use it. However, when I try and sign in from within Trados Studio 2021 or outside Trados Studio 2021, I am unable to reconnect to my long-standing account - which contains lots of products and licences that I have bought over the years. I want to reach the appstore, for which I need to sign in. I sent in my email to reset my password, but something seems wrong because the information is empty.

Very quick and efficient response, thank you. In my view, this is related to the switch to RWS so it isn't anything that I have done. Again: thank you. I love Studio and look forward to the day when switch to RWS is seemlessly integrated.
I doubt it has anything to do with the switch, but I'm sure the support team will resolve this when they pick it up.
