Hi, I have upgraded to Trados 2021 and can use it. However, when I try and sign in from within Trados Studio 2021 or outside Trados Studio 2021, I am unable to reconnect to my long-standing account - which contains lots of products and licences that I have bought over the years. I want to reach the appstore, for which I need to sign in. I sent in my email to reset my password, but something seems wrong because the information is empty.
