I cannot log into my account from Trados Studio 2021 - similar to many others here. Ironically, the support page for login problems requires you to log in first before you can see the advice. Which is my problem in the first place.

Hi, I have upgraded to Trados 2021 and can use it. However, when I try and sign in from within Trados Studio 2021 or outside Trados Studio 2021, I am unable to reconnect to my long-standing account - which contains lots of products and licences that I have bought over the years.  I want to reach the appstore, for which I need to sign in.  I sent in my email to reset my password, but something seems wrong because the information is empty.
