Try turning off "Lookahead". This seems like a typical example of what happens because the results are already cached due to using "Lookahead". I imagine if you closed your project, opened it again, then went directly to segment 8 you'll get a lookup.

Thank you Mr, Paul. Could you repair and update trados studio 2021 to eliminate the bugs?
The problem will not appear if I change to trados 2019, which means trados 2021 is worse than trados 2019.
Have you tried turning off lookahead as I suggested? This is an option in your settings.
If this is the reason it is not a bug. Lookahead is great when working with machine translation, but it does have this side effect.
It’s also only a minor side effect because the term has been added and you don’t need to see the result in the same sentence you just translated. It is more of an irritation if you wish to use that term in the next two or three sentences as it won’t show until the cache has been refreshed.
