• Is your termbase file based or server based?
• Do others have access to it, or is it solely used by you?
• Where is it located, local to your machine or on a shared drive/synch drive?

• As well as to ensure the version of MultiTerm matches that of your Studio.

Hello, I reply to your questions as follows.

File based

Other have access as it is shared in a shared folder in Windows 11, however, this happened also with term bases not shared in non-shared folders (so this doest not affect to the problem).

It is located in my machine, I am accessing the term base directly not via a network address (so it cannot be the network is not working and the term base is temporarily unavailable).

If it were network /shared I would foresee it not working as expected so thank you for saying you have moved it locally to your machine (directly under C drive) with the issue still persistent.
