Hello,
it is not rare to see 100 word small file split into 15 different small files and I would really like batch import form external bilingual review.
Also these small files are split into deep folders and you need to locate the files manually as many as the number of files (Studio 2021 as of this February).
Is there a reasonable workaround to this issue?

and, I'm not pretty sure though, some SDL App has merging functionality (of course split it again) already.
I could make the same functionality myself but, It takes time and the pilot toy's quality is pretty questionable...

what's your duty ? Translation ? Review ? QA ? all of them ?

you could get together all the sdlxiff files you needed into a new folder from across lots of Projects as long as those are withiin a single folder.
you could make a new Project on the basis of the new folder, "merge it" into a single file via SDL's nice tool
Finally
you could move all the processed sdlxliffs into its own original locations.

If so, is it on MIcrosoft App Store, SourceForge or anywhere possibly accessilble platform to general users?

nah, You don't get it.
I think what Kelly means is that he created an AutoHotkey script which he shared in the AutoHotkey forum in here. It's not something available in an appstore somewhere. I think this is the one:
I'm not sure this is the best solution for your situation, but Kelly does create some pretty inventive solutions so it may be worth a look.
