Hi,
when I try to load a TM in the TradosTM Anonymizer app
the following error message appears:
I use the Trados Studio 2021 version, for which the app should actually work.
Does anyone have experience with this app or error message and can help me?

Antonia Minderlein - I assume this is specific to just this 1 TM?
Does it work with other TM's?

Antonia Minderlein - I used app version 2.0.14.0 with Studio version 2021 SR2 - 16.2.9.9198 successfully
What versions of Studio / App do you have?
Are your TM's local to your PC meaning C drive or are they manged through 3rd party solutions like dropbox?

Lydia Simplicio - I also use Studio version 2021 SR2 - 16.2.9.9198, but I could not see the app version when I downloaded it.
What also seems strange to me is that the TradosTM Anonymizer app does not appear in the list of plug-ins
but in the list down here:

Yes it is. Once upon a time the TradosTM Anonymizer and the Project Anonymizer were separate apps, but many users were getting confused with the TM Anonymizer so we decided to merge our solutions into a single app called the "Data Protection Suite". Ultimately they are well suited to be together and this helped to avoid confusion, especially when our marketing teams are talking about them!!

Lydia Simplicio Sorry, I did not answer your question about the TMs - they are local on C drive. Does this help to identify the problem I have with the app?
