Looks like you do not use AutoHotkey, go and get it.

its command you needed is so easy, for instance;

WinSet, AlwaysOnTop, On, Find and Replace
WinSet, Transparent, 166 , Find and Replace

Former gives you the functionality mentioned and

Latter makes your F&R window transparent in halfway etc..

You can run AutoHotkey on its own, you do not need anything else except Windows itself.
