To add to what Jerzy has said, it is also possible to import the sdlxliff you create into the relevant TM via the Translation Memories view. His way is quicker, though!
Oh, and of course there's the app Paul is suggesting, too!

Thank you for your advice, Alison. In my specific case, there were but 2 sentences to be included in the already existing TM with some 62,000 segments. I'll be very happy once there are substantially more segments to be added to an already TM. Take care, Hans-Georg.
