We receive documents where the first line is usually in uppercase and the rest of the document is regular text. When creating a project Studio seems to insist on having only the first letter in uppercase and the rest as regular text. See original document at top of pic and then Studio version. Any ideas ?
Might be that the all caps is not due to all characters being uppercase, but through the font style? Since the font used in the editor (your screenshot) is obviously not identical with the font used in the document...
Can you try entering some translation and exporting the target document, just to have a look whether it's back to all caps there?

We have indeed done so on several occasions and the translation comes out in the same manner as the source text. The problem seems to lie in the creation phase of the project, where a perfectly valid document with its first line in uppercase is converted (miraculously) into ,,proper" text. Maybe this has something to do with the "Correct TWo INitial CApitals" setting in the editor menu ?
The "Correct two initial capitals" setting affects only the text entry in the target window, it works like a macro, you can see it work if you enter "HEllo", as soon as you enter the space after the word it will change it to "Hello". That's all.
May I ask what format the source document has?

It is a Microsoft Word .docx document with TimesNewRoman font, size 9
For me it seems like the paragraph style in Word is applied, while in Studio this is simply not shown. Please check the style applied to this very paragraph in Word—I strongly assume "Capitalize" is selected there in the font attributes.
