You probably need to reset Trados Studio.  To do this just close Trados Studio and then rename this folder:

c:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16\

to c:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16_old\

Finally restart Trados Studio and try to open your package again.

I have assumed you are using the latest version of Trados Studio because you didn't tell us.

Yes.  You won't lose projects, or translations but you wll reset some settings:

The screenshot above is taken from "Freshstart" which is an app that will do this reset for you and tell you the impact as shown:

Looks like you have invalid char(s) in your sdlxliff file. This KB may help:

Essentially you'll need to open the sdlxliff in a text editor and locate the offending char(s) and correct them.

It sounds difficult for me. I just choosed to not open the Version with automatical save, it works now.  Thanks Paul for your help and time.
