Have you tried accessing the Appstore from other browsers? Does this happen even after you log in into your account as you normally would? For example you can use this link to log in and then access the Appstore https://oos.sdl.com/asp/products/ssl/account/Default.asp?showSwitch=True

Hello Stepan,
This could be the reason. Your accounts do have Russian emails and addresses and because RWS has been grappling with the constant changing sanctions and constraints on the banking system we have decided to place all business within Russia (delivery of services and technology) on hold. This does mean that that it could affect any user whose account details have been identified as falling within the bounds of these sanctions and prevent them from logging in.
I think all I can add to that is that we're all hopeful we'll see an end to this terrible situation soon.

I just installed Studio 2022 today and wanted to install my plug-ins.
When trying to go to the "private appstore" as discussed here, I get this message:
As my internet connection is obviously working in order to get this far, I wonder what I can do.
What did you click to get that message?

I believe it was "Goto Appstore" - there was an icon.
That would be why you got the error. Don't click any icons, just follow the instructions in the wiki - (Missing Wiki Page)

It would also help checking for any blank spaces after the repository URL. This URL must be written exactly as in the wiki.

Thank you. I tried the method explained in the wiki, but the Appstore page is empty.
"Help" says "make sure you are signed in to Trados Studio with your RWS ID", but when I try, I get "Cannot connect to cloud".
It further instructs me to check my internet connection (I'm online since I'm writing this here) and firewall settings, but I don't know what to look for.

To use the Private AppStore please use the instructions in the wiki as advised. The help is not going to provide the same information as this is based on the old appstore that is currently not in use.

If you followed the instructions correctly and the page is still empty please try entering this url into a browser and see if it returns any results?

It should just be the contents of a JSON file... so nothing pretty!
