Can't access Appstore

Hi folks,

Today I attempted to login into RWS Appstore but it says that 'Your session has expired. Please log in again.' How can I login?

    I'll be honest... we're running out of ideas.  I speaking to the developer at the moment and the obvious thing was your port is closed... but then you would not have been able to see the JSON (you referred to it as code) when entering the url into a browser.  The details you have used look correct.

    I'm wondering if there is anything else you can tell us about your setup?

    1. where is it installed
    2. what operating system are you running?
    3. have you installed as one user (admin perhaps) and now run as another (non-admin)?

    Or anything else that you know is a bit out of the ordinary?
