I need to install a lot of new computers with Studio and they need to have the same settings in options, but instead of spending 20 minutes pr PC setting it up I would like to know if you can copy some settings files from the first PC to the rest and save the time?
Particularly the File Types would be nice, I need to add a lot of Embedded content expressions....

You can save the user profile of the first computer with all the options and then use it on the other computers as well. Go to File > Setup > Manage User Profiles and export your settings from there.
To import them on another computer, go to File > Setup > Manage User Profiles and select Change user profile, then select the previously saved profile.
