I did find regular expression that shows lesser then # of words, but I need it to be more then # of words. I am doing a PEMT job with character limits on the segments.

What's the filetype? Is it a consistent number of words or characters across all segments or is it a different limit for each segment... which is why I'm wondering about the filetype?
Also, you mentioned you found an expression checking the number of words, but your job has character limits and not words. Can you explain exactly what you need? I think characters is surely more likely given the variable nature of a word.

Thanks, but it seems that because I have both the 2021 licence, I am not able to download CADF to my 2019 and there are no CADF for 2021

It's a xliff file and there are two limits, one 30 and one 90. Yes, I was wrong about the words, it was character. I want to see all the segments above 30 characters, so to see how many I need to edit. It would be nice to be able to see how many is above 90 as well (I guess none of those are segments have a 30 character limit.
CADF is actually the ADF in 2021. It was such a popular plugin for users it was adopted by the core product and we don't provide it as an app anymore.

How will you know which ones should be 30 and which are 90? Filtering for them is trivial as Kelly noted, the question for me would be how do I know which ones should be 30 and which should be 90?
Perhaps another option you could explore is to use the QA check and then you have a good visualization as you work:

Hi again, I forgot to mention that the character limit filter are in place. I did not know (or did not think about the QA) that if I run a QA it will show if those segments are too long, so I can use that.
Thanks, I did not see this reply. Yes, the 30/90 would have been a problem, as you say - all 90 segments would be on the list.
