Hello, everyone,

Yesterday (04/07/2022) I purchased, downloaded, and installed (on my desktop PC - Windows 7 Pro) SDL Trados Studio 2021 (L1 Freelance subscription). I have been using SDL Trados in their various iterations for around 16 years now. So I have numerous translation memory files that are very valuable to me for producing my translations in an efficient and consistent manner. However, in order to do this, I will need to convert them from their present format to a format compatible with this new version of Trados.

I was told to download the app SDL Trados Compatibility and Migration Power Pack to learn how to perform this task. I navigated to this URL:

However, when I attempted (several times, both online and through the SDL Trados 2021 Welcome page) to download it I was not able to do so and it gives me a message explaining that I don't have a license for one of the supported products in my account.

I was informed by a chat attendant that I do qualify to use the app and should be able to download it.

Is anyone able to shed some light on this problem and help me to obtain this app to convert my files?
