Translation of Moodle courses

 Does anyone have experience of translating Moodle courses and if yes with what tools and procedures?

 I don't hve any experience with these files, but looking at this page they seem to be simple HTML:

 So on this basis I guess you are wondering about the workflow and how to get all the pages more than knowing it can be done in Trados? Do you have access to the server or has someone just given you links to a site and said "go translate"?
