Trados package does not open with Studio 2021, error "file or directory is broken and can't be read"

Question

I am trying to open a Trados package with Studio 2021, but there is an error that says "file or directory is broken and can't be read". 
 I set Trados language to English but the error message is shown in OS setting language, the detal is as attached 
 
 The OS is Windows 11, It openes on another computer with Trados 2019 (it opened on 2021 the day before) 
 I appreciate any ideas to fix this, I already tried running repair installation and removing Stuido and re-installing it.
