I work with TMs from different languages towards Italian in Trados 2021. I'm trying to modify existing segmentation rules and to add new ones.
When I press "Ok" the changes are saved. However, if I remove the TM from Trados and then I re-open it, the changes are not saved. If one of my teammates open the same TM from his PC, the changes are not saved as well.
Is there any bug related to this issue?

Not sure if this affects you, but I recently ran into a similar problem. You might check this thread here:
Make sure you are changing the segmentation rules in the Translation Memory view and not directly in the project settings.

From the beginning, I have been trying from the Translation Memory view, but unfortunately Trados keeps not saving my changes.
