Hi! I am having issues deactivating a license from a computer. I installed Trados 2022 and when I added the Freelance license, it said it that it didn't work on a domain-based network, as we work via VPN.
Then I tried to deactivate it, but all I get is a "null" error message, and I have no idea how to get the Installation ID to deactivate offline.
Do you have any suggestions?
