Hello, I'm writing to you today because I have a problem on sdl 2021, I'm at 1000 segments done on 5000 segments in total and, the one if it is set to validate me my 4000 empty segments (which are not translated) so I can no longer use my ctrl enter, did you have an idea to correct this? because I do not want to start all over again, I thank you in advance

While you have your sdlxliff file saved locally, in your PC - with Ctrl+S - I would not worry about losing the translated segments, so you can always recover the file from your folders. Also, as long as you have a TM added to the project, you can pre-translate the segments back again, in case of some sudden loss of the file, etc
If you can't use Ctrl+ Enter anymore, please try a windows reset, in View tab - top ribbon- >Reset window layout.
If that does not do the trick, go to File tab - top left corner- >Options>Keyboard shortcuts. Check what you have there for segments confirmation. Try the other shortcuts from the confirmation bundle, see if they work as expected:
