Hi everyone,
I have updated Studio 2022 to the latest version. I'm aware that the Multilingual Excel filter should be updated as well but I don't now where to get the update for version 1.0.2.0 from? The latest version is not available in the Appstore and there neither seems to be an update available to me in the integrated AppStore.
Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you very much in advance.
That version is already available in the PA and has been since the release of CU1. See the release notes here: Changelog: Multilingual Excel Filetype

Thanks for your quick reply. It seems that there is an issue with my integrated AppStore since I do not see any Apps there at all. I will check that and contact the RWS Support in case I don't find the solution myself.

What happens if you put https://studio-appstore-api-trial.azurewebsites.net/ into a web browser? Do you get any results?

Thanks for your reply, Walter. The settings are basically identical expect that I do not use the private AppStore and thus enabled RWS AppStore.

AFAIU, you need to enable the private AppStore because the standard AppStore does not work currently. Try to enable the private AppStore and you'll see all the apps you are looking for.
So you may have two problems. First of all you have not even configured the Private AppStore to work in Trados Studio. My guess if you are also using an older version so make sure you have updated to CU2. Then if it's not automatically configured just follow the steps here: (Missing Wiki Page)
The second one might not be a problem at all. Can you expand these to see any content?
I think you probably can. So the issue is most likely you just don't have the PA set up. You are still pointing towards the old appstore that will indeed returna blank.

You are right, the problem was that the Private AppStore was not configured. I was aware that there was a problem with the RWS AppStore but did not know that the private AppStore needs to be configured. It works perfectly fine now. Thank to you both for your help! :-)
