What version of Studio are you using?
Please use this as a reference: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0040075
However if you have Trados 2022, please take note the path would have changed to C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Trados Studio\Studio17
